My Background

Hi! I have always been an avid bookworm since young and I slowly developed a curiosity for a lot of things. How do people process content? What are the latest design trends? How does a business sell their products?

I believe that my background in Communications will give me an advantage when it comes to selling, community building and forging long-term partnerships. As a dedicated business development individual with a drive for success, I believe my skills and experience can help your organisation expand its client base and exceed its revenue goals.

My strong technical and analytical skills allow me to identify market trends and potential areas for growth in the professional services sector. I am an excellent problem solver that can communicate effectively in both verbal and written settings. I work well both as a team and individually.

Words have always intrigued my curiosity. Words and visuals have always been a good way for me to express myself to colleagues, my loved ones, and even my readers. Therefore, I always search for answers in books and articles and am always on the lookout for new opinions or perspectives.

But just reading alone is not enough for me. That is why I have started a blog and Instagram on personal finance/investment topics to sharpen my writing skills, document my progress for Financial Independence, Retire Early (FIRE) and share my knowledge with my readers.

In my quest to develop myself, I come to realise that a job involves more than just creativity, it also requires effort to research and fact-check with stakeholders so that the information I present will be accurate and informative.

My career goal right now is to find a position at a company where I can grow and take on new challenges over time. Ultimately, I’d like to assume more responsibilities where I can make an impact and get involved in strategic decisions. But most importantly, I want to work for an organization where I can build a career.”

I find that ceating an impact warms my heart as it gives me opportunities to put my skills and knowledge to good use while giving me a sense of purpose.

I am open to all forms of opportunities, but my interest preferences lie in content writing, copywriting, Business Development, and UX/UI Designer. Thanks for reading!
